Included in this page is the important terms of your booking alongside the Property Policy which must be adhered to during your stay.

Booking Terms
To confirm a booking, we require the following documentation.
Full Name of the Lead Guest (+ the number of guests the apartment is booked for)
Contact number (preferably a mobile number)
E-Mail address (multiple email addresses can be provided)
Booking Deposit: £500 Booking Deposit or Full Payment if the value is less than £500. This payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation to secure your booking.
Damage Deposit: Up to £500 pre-authorised on a credit/debit card.
Copy of Valid Photo ID
*For the damage deposit and photo ID we will send an online pre-arrival form which will be facilitated by a partner 3rd party. This guest verification form is mandatory.
Cancellation & Amendments
You must write to us and provide notice of your cancellation or amendment request.
Moderate Cancellation Policy –
No less than 5 days prior to midday on the day your booking commences.Non-Refundable Policy –
Bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable.
All amendments are subject to the terms of the booking and availability at the time of enquiry.
Please contact reservations@vestostays.com if you need to cancel your booking.

Property Policy
No Pets
No Smoking/No Vaping
No Parties or Social Events
We may request a copy of your photo ID upon booking or arrival.
Please be respectable to neighbours when in the property and in the local area and abide by the noise curfew (11pm-8am)
Anti-Social behaviour will not be tolerated and will be reported to the Police.
Substance misuse is not permitted under any circumstances, if any reports are received you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may be charged a penalty.
