Researching accommodation in London, can be a daunting process. From knowing where to start, who to trust and where to look. We aim to make the process seamless, with our curated portfolio of properties across London and the South of England.
Our team has over 40 years’ combined experience in the travel, property and hospitality industries. This is valuable knowledge that drives our success and allows us to guide our clients and match them with the best properties. We have an in-house Housekeeping Team, allowing us to maintain our high standards. And with our Maintenance Team on hand, our guests have peace of mind, in case of any pesky issues that may arise.

All of our apartments are furnished.
For our short stay guests, they will find fully stocked kitchens, fresh bedding and towels provided, and welcome amenities (soap bar, shower gel, tea, coffee etc).
For our longer stay guests, the apartments do remain furnished, but there is some flexibility on items that could be removed.

Although we do love our 2 to 4-legged friends, our properties are not pet friendly.

We offer 2 main booking policies.
Non-Refundable: If you chose this policy, you would receive a discounted rate. However, if you decide to cancel, you will not receive a refund of any monies paid.
Moderate: If you chose this policy, you have up until 5 days prior to arrival to cancel your booking, with a full refund.

Yes, we do take damage deposits.
The damage deposit is usually between £250 to £500, depending on the property or apartment category.
We use a third party to take the damage deposits and as part of this process, we also request your contact information, a copy of your photo ID and often a selfie, to confirm your identity.
This is for the safety and security of our properties, team members and other guests.

London has 4 main airports, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton.
Each airport has access via train or London Underground to get into a hub station.
Your journey will vary depending on which airport you land into, what time of day/night you arrive and which property you will be staying in.
Our team is on hand to provide local information, if you need assistance.

London is a melting pot of history, culture, architecture, culinary cuisine and music.
Our properties are located across London, many within walking distance to a local tube or train station. Public transport in London, can seem daunting at first, so we recommend apps like City Mapper to help you plan your travel.
Many sites are within walking distance and if the weather is good (always carry an umbrella – just in case!), then we recommend walking. If you want to see Buckingham Palace, then within walking distance you have Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park, the Imperial War Museum, Westminster Abbey and so many more.
